Want to run or walk your first 5K? You've come to the right place. I created a self paced program for you! Build the habit of cardio into your life with this 6-week challenge. Follow this beginner's 5K training plan to help prepare yourself for your first race. This gentle intro will help you do it the right way, ultimately reaching a level of consistency you’ll be able to maintain long jog after the 6 weeks are up. Before you start, If you're new to running, it's okay to take walk breaks. The point is to get out there and make it a habit! This is the perfect opportunity to take control of your health, get outside more often, and release those endorphins to make you feel great. This 6 week program will provide you with all the training you will need in order to complete your first Divine Fitness 5 K Marathon! All levels are welcomed ! This at home at your own pace program will be sure to get you to your goals ! Once you have signed up, gather your good girl friends to join you and create your team name .Next, Stop by the mind & body shop to purchase your Divine Fitness Hoodie to wear on your workout days . Please note: After the program ,You will probably find that you can run at least 20 minutes before you needing a break, but whatever your plan, start slowly and don't wait until you are exhausted before taking some one-minute walk breaks.
